Parents have a fundamental right to control the upbringing of their children, and a law that allows anyone to petition a court for child visitation rights over parental objections unconstitutionally infringes on this right. Courts may not use a freestanding "best interest of the child" standard to overturn parental rights.
The plurality held that "choices [parents make] about the upbringing of children... are among associational rights... sheltered by the Fourteenth Amendment against the State's unwarranted usurpation, disregard, or disrespect."

what MOTIVATES you t o
Have you ever gotten to the point when you say to yourself, "I HAVE HAD ENOUGH"? When you think you are not going to be able to take it anymore and you are CERTAIN you will be overcome by the weight of everything that you feel piling on top of you? You wonder how things could have gotten so out of control, so unbalanced, so.... UNFAIR? It happens. Its okay. What will you do about it? How will you rage against it? How will you survive it?
These are questions I have had to ask myself & now I am going to share how I answered them. I am going to show you how I will RAGE & FIGHT "ohne agnst". I mean to shake foundations, I mean to upset people, I mean to change things.
To those who have tried to Underestimate me all you want, I am STILL going to be HERE. All of the energy put into trying to defeat me, will not be wasted.
You have given me purpose, you have given me direction, you have given me a challenge & I accept.
